Workout Of The Day

WOD 5/4/16 A) Tabata: 1) jumping Pullups  2) mountain climbers 3) bike for calories  B) Every 2 minutes on the minute until failure:  100 meter Run,  Burpee x 1  (Every round Burpee count goes up by 1 until athlete cannot complete in the 2 minutes. Score is the last completed set of burpees plus however many they get in the last round)
